2. Service and Product Types

2.1 Support Services

Our support services offer expert guidance and assistance in managing VAT refund and tax-free shopping procedures.

2.2 Digital Materials

Includes guides, templates and access to online resources designed to streamline your tax-free experience.

2.3 Physical Products

Includes kits, forms and other printed materials to facilitate on-site processes.

3. Payment Terms

All charges must be settled prior to delivery of the selected service, guide or product. Accepted methods include credit card and other electronic channels available on vatlance.com.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Refund guidelines differ by type:

4.1 Support Services

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund of any paid amount minus a processing fee of 10% of the total charge.
• Requests made within 7 days but at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session qualify for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for any refund due to reserved staffing and preparation efforts.
• Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests received within 48 hours are subject to availability and a nominal fee of 5% of the scheduled fee.

4.2 Digital Materials

• Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no download or access has occurred.
• Once access to digital material has been granted, items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

4.3 Physical Products

• Items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging.
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund payment via the original payment channel within 10 business days.
• Shipping costs are not refundable unless an error occurred on our part.

5. Modification of Terms

We may revise these terms at any time with notice via vatlance.com. Continued use of services or products after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Governing Rules

Any dispute will be governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada.
